Præcepit ergo rex Sedecias ut traderetur Jeremias in vestibulo carceris, et daretur ei torta panis quotidie, excepto pulmento, donec consumerentur omnes panes de civitate: et mansit Jeremias in vestibulo carceris.
Then king Sedecias commanded that Jeremiah should be committed into the entry of the prison: and that they should give him daily a piece of bread, beside broth, till all the bread in the city were spent: and Jeremiah remained in the entry of the prison.
Rege ergo Sedeciase praecipie ut Ieremia trade in vestibulo de carcere, et torta ad illo pane da quotidie, excipe pulmento, usque que omni panes consume de civitate: et Ieremia mane in vestibulo de carcere.
