Quod cum vidissent habitatores terræ Chanaan, dixerunt: Planctus magnus est iste Ægyptiis. Et idcirco vocatum est nomen loci illius, Planctus Ægypti.
And when the inhabitants of Chanaan saw this, they said: This is a great mourning to the Egyptians. And therefore the name of that place was called, The mourning of Egypt.
Habitatores cum de terra Chanaane vide quod, dic: planctu magna es isto ad Aegyptiis. Et ergo voca es nomine de loco de illo, Planctu de Aegypto.
