Non deerunt pauperes in terra habitationis tuæ: idcirco ego præcipio tibi, ut aperias manum fratri tuo egeno et pauperi, qui tecum versatur in terra.
There will not be wanting poor in the land of thy habitation: therefore I command thee to open thy hand to thy needy and poor brother, that liveth in the land.
Non paupere desume in terra de habitatione tuo: ergo me praecipie ad te, ut aperi manu ad fratre tuo egeno et ad paupere, qui tecum versa in terra.
