Neque si quid mali patiuntur ab aliquo, neque si quid boni, poterunt retribuere: neque regem constituere possunt, neque auferre.
And whether it be evil that one doth unto them, or good, they are not able to recompense it: neither can they set up a king, nor put him down:
Neque si quid de malo pate ab aliquo, neque si quid de bono, pote retribue: neque rege constitue pote, neque aufer.
