    12

    Tulit igitur David hastam, et scyphum aquæ qui erat ad caput Saul, et abierunt: et non erat quisquam qui videret, et intelligeret, et evigilaret, sed omnes dormiebant, quia sopor Domini irruerat super eos.

    So David took the spear, and the cup of water which was at Saul's head, and they went away: and no man saw it, or knew it, or awaked, but they were all asleep, for a deep sleep from the Lord was fallen upon them.

    Fer ergo Davide hasta, et scypho de aqua qui es ad capite Saulo, et i ab: et non es ullo qui vide, et intellige, et evigila, sed omni dormi, quia sopore de Domino irrue super illos.
