et ex his constituentur super negotia regni, quæ aguntur ex fide, et principes sint ex eis, et ambulent in legibus suis, sicut præcepit rex in terra Juda.
And some of them shall be set over the affairs of the kingdom, that are of trust, and let the governors be taken from among themselves, and let them walk in their own laws, as the king hath commanded in the land of Juda.
Et ex hoc constitue super negotios de regno, que age ex fide, et principes es ex illos, et ambula in leges suo, sicut rege praecipie in terra Iuda.
